Our outdoor fitness classes are built for real life. 45 minutes that fit around everything else you’ve got going on. Think of it as your reset, the thing that keeps you feeling good and ready to face the world.

 

Every session works for everyone. We’ve got first-timers training alongside people who’ve been doing this for years, and it just… works. You do your version, they do theirs, and everyone leaves feeling like they’ve smashed it in their own way.

 

And it’s outside!! because we spend enough of our lives indoors. The fresh air, the space, the light… it all does you good. Whatever the weather, you’ll always feel better for showing up.
